Shaolin Foundations is built for absolute beginners with zero martial arts background.
I am older — is this for me?+
Yes. Tai Chi · Internal Flow and Qigong & Seated Meditation are specifically beneficial for practitioners over 40.
How much space and equipment do I need?+
A 2×2 metre mat-sized space is enough for most lessons. Weapon courses require ~3×3 metres.
How many days a week should I practise?+
Master Yuan recommends 4–6 short sessions weekly over one long weekly session.

How are seats awarded?+
Applications are reviewed personally by Master Yuan's team. We respond on WhatsApp within working hours.
